I am currently in the process of migrating the business domains (web and email) over to a new provider (Microsoft). The domains are now pointing at the right place and the Exchange Server transfer has gone through (so emails should be working fine) but I'm taking the opportunity to re-work the website. As a result, the full website will be down for the next few days.
All the above work will have no impact on the working of the Helpdesk.

Microsoft have just announced (9th June) that their next patch release is going to be a big one. It apparently will include 16 security bulletins that collectively address 34 vulnerabilities (nine of which are rated as critical).
This is a very large update and it will take some time to complete, so you may wish to either perform the update at the end of the day or wait until a more convenient time before applying it.

The patch is due for release on Tuesday 14th June 2011.
